Tell us how many machines you run and what keeps going wrong — we’ll come back with a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Fill this in when you drop your device off. It records what we received, what's wrong, and what you've authorised us to do.
Any figure we give you is an estimate, not the final price. If the actual labour comes in higher or lower, we'll tell you before the job goes on the bench.
If any hardware needs replacing, that's charged on top of the labour quote. We'll confirm the hardware price with you before we start.
Before we begin any upgrade, repair or service, please make sure you have a full backup of your data.
We take great care during every procedure, but we cannot guarantee the safety or preservation of your personal files, documents or software during the process. Backing up important data before handing over the device is the customer's sole responsibility.
Problems with Windows or with installed applications can come back, even after they've been resolved. Software environments change, updates land, and systems interact in ways that can retrigger a similar issue.
We apply best-practice solutions when troubleshooting, but all software fixes are provided without warranty. If the same or a related issue returns later, it may need fresh diagnostics.
Threatening or aggressive behaviour towards staff won't be tolerated and may result in services being denied.
